Bright Horizon Web is happy to serve you. Our Terms of Service ("TOS") are designed to ensure a smooth relationship between you, and Bright Horizon Web.
1. Contract
By purchasing from Bright Horizon Web, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Bright Horizon Web agrees to provide online hosting services, which are purchased by the customer. Customer agrees to indemnify Bright Horizon Web from any damages that may result. Customer agrees that Bright Horizon Web has not entered into a partnership with them, nor any other sort of business venture. Customer also agrees that Bright Horizon Web shall, in no event be responsible for any business or other loss.
Customer agrees to pay hosting and/or domain registration fees in accordance with this agreement when they are due to Bright Horizon Web. Failure to do so may result in the suspenion of a customer account, at the discretion of Bright Horizon Web.
2. Legality
Customer agrees to abstain from any illegal activities using Bright Horizon Web services. Customer agrees that their web page/website(s) are operated in full accordance with applicable laws. Customer also agrees that Bright Horizon Web shall reserve the right, in its sole discretion to remove sites that appear to be objectionable in any way. Bright Horizon Web will not host or provide services to any adult themed or related web ventures or sites or to any services that appear to be illegal or morally reprehensible (at the discretion of Bright Horizon Web). Customer agrees that this contract shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
3. Severability
In the event that a customer wishes to discontinue services provided to them by Bright Horizon Web, they must notify Bright Horizon Web promptly. Services will then immediately cease.
Bright Horizon Web reserves the right to refuse hosting and/or services to any site that it may find objectionable and/or to any entity or organization which it may deem to be objectionable, illegal or morally reprehensible.
4. Limitation of Liability
Customer agrees that Bright Horizon Web is not to be held responsible and/or liable for any business or other damages that may occur. Customer further agrees that Bright Horizon Web shall not be responsible for any damages that may occur.
5. Amendments
From time to time at its sole discretion, Bright Horizon Web may unilaterally alter these terms and conditions. Customers will be informed of substantive changes to the policies fo Bright Horizon Web.
5. Effectivity
Customer recognizes that this agreement, between Bright Horizon Web and the customer is immediately effective upon purchase of services from Bright Horizon Web, and upon customer action to sign up for or begin using those services.
